In 2007, AIN established a cross-functional REACH team to assess its product portfolio and identify the necessary adaptations to comply with REACH obligations. AIN has also created a dedicated REACH Services platform.
Today, having pre-registered more than 600 substances, AIN acts as Importer Registrant or Only Representative depending on supplier and customer needs. Our experts can manage the different phases of the registration process (pre-SIEF, SIEF, Consortium, etc.) and carry out the work such as Lead Registrant, establishing technical dossiers, submitting them in IUCLID5 format to ECHA using REACH-IT, etc.
When AIN is a "downstream user", we implement regular supply chain audits and provide adapted communication to guarantee continuity for our customers and suppliers.
